Emma is an experienced artist, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and ceremonial cacao guide based in London, devoted to the sacred arts of breath, movement, and meditation as pathways of remembrance and awakening. Her work invites a return to the body as temple, where presence becomes prayer and practice becomes ritual.

Her classes, circles and retreats are immersive, joyful, and deeply healing, guiding clients into embodied wisdom and the natural flow of intuitive spirit. With over two decades of personal practice, ten years of teaching, and more than 1,000 hours of training, Emma weaves Elemental Mandala Flow with Yin, Yoga Nidra, chakra wisdom, and elemental philosophy - creating rich, rhythmic journeys of energetic alignment, set to evocative music and soundscapes.

Rooted in Tantric, Vedic, Shamanic, and Celtic traditions, she leads global retreats, plant medicine ceremonies, women’s circles, and breathwork journeys that awaken deep rest, creative flow, and a soulful remembrance of the sacred feminine.

As a Water Priestess, Emma works intimately with the intelligence of water to heal, activate, and reprogram, honouring its fluid nature as a mirror of emotion, intuition, and transformation. Emma founded Las Sirenas a global Water Temple, welcoming women worldwide to awaken to water consciousness. Through teachings, art and activation Las Sirenas inspires women to weave water ritual into everyday life. Through the temple teachings of the Sirens we inspire women to embody the ancient mermaid archetype as wisdom keepers of the sacred waters.
