I offer Private One-To-One classes in my home or yours. £77 per hour or £100 for 90 minutes.

I offer a pack of 3 classes £222 with integration support

Classes via Zoom can be arranged at £55 per hour.

I can also accommodate a small private group of 3 or more for £33 pp per hour.

YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE

Yoga was traditionally taught one to one. Everybody is different and so a one pose fits all approach that we find in a group class is not always effective. Private one to one classes allow you to focus on your personal practice. I can help you to cultivate a routine that works well for your needs and schedule. We can focus on specific areas of the body, working with any existing injuries or difficulties and I can support and guide you to practice more challenging postures that perhaps there is not time for in a regular class. Dynamic and energising postures will cultivate strength and flexibility, alongside deep breathing and meditation techniques to encourage the mind to quieten and to cultivate a lasting sense of peace and stability. A private class is perfect as a one off to give your practice a boost, or as a series of classes to work towards a goal.

Yoga INVITES US INWARD

It offers us the space to be quiet and attentive to ourselves, allowing our true wisdom and humanity to emerge. It also allows us a sanctuary away from the busy mental chatter, and the world of distractions and escapism that surrounds us. Yoga is a journey, a way to explore your body and your mind, a way to navigate through the physically and emotionally challenging world we live in. 

By getting on our mats, breathing deeply and turning our awareness inward we begin to quieten the mind and finely tune our focus and concentration. We practice being in the moment, letting go, not running away from obstacles or difficulty, staying with discomfort, self-doubt and challenge and treating ourselves with love and compassion.

Yoga WELCOMES US HOME

By connecting to our hearts, tending to the inner world, finding awareness of the body and the breath.

As we become stronger both physically and mentally, yoga allows us to experience and embody our true nature, and to feel an expanded state of consciousness. A yoga practice guides us on a path of daily ritual and gratitude, a commitment to breath and movement, and a discovery of the joy which leads us home to ourselves.
